Good luck Mr. Laurence / クキの巣立ち

クキこと正式名ローレンス、本日わが家遠巣立ちました。

すらっとした筋肉質のボディに、大きな耳、大きな目、そして長いシッポ。10年ぶりに生まれた黒猫団のひとり。

猫にとってはどうでも良いことではありますが、キャットショーにも堂々とさんかできると思える美男子さんです。が、シッポの途中が“クキ”となっていて、ショーに参加させることは諦めた子でもあります。

Aka Kuki, TICA registered name “Laurence” moved to his forever loving home this afternoon.

He is a very handsome guy, nice boning long and substantial body, beautiful tail and has a beautiful eyes. Yes to our eyes, he is a kind of show cat. But unfortunately his tail was kinked. It does nothing to do with his health but for so we did not have a chance to show him. May be was good for him that he could escape from the grooming session.

クキと言う幼名はこのシッポの状態が由来です。
ハンサムだけど、ひょうきんで、猫や人間の心の中にスッと入り込んで来る子です。

新しいお家は、ハーブ🌿の家族の所。　まだ２歳と若く（明日がが2歳のお誕生日）、遊ぶことにも全力投球できる年頃。同じ2歳のノルウェージャンの男の子は、仲良くさせていただいているブリーダーさん出身の男の子。偶然といえどもやはり世の中狭いようです。

獣医さんに行く以外、出かけたことのないクキは、道中のキャリーの中で可哀想によだれダラダラで。　移動慣れしていない分辛かったと思いますが、新しい環境にはすぐに慣れてくれるかと思います。

新しいご家族が見つかるまでの2年、彼にとって長かったのか、短かったのか…

Kuki has seemlier meaning like “snap”. When he was born, 4 of three was black solid and because of his tail it was really to find out him.

He is a really easygoing type boy and really easily gets in to one’s heart. Also very unique and charming. 

His new family is the one whom are living with our Herb and a Norwegian boy who came from my friend’s cattery. 

Laurence was really an indoor cat. His traveling experience was only a couple times of visiting the vet. So today was his first long drive. I think it was a tough time. He was drooling all the way…  Was so sorry about that.

Almost it took 2 years to wet his new own family. We really enjoyed his growth those years. Hope him also feeling the same.

昨日、お引越しが決まってから撮ったクキ中心の写真。

黒い兄貴が改めて”良い男"だなとひとり感慨に耽ってしまいました。

産婆バカな目線ではありますが、彼の周りに寄り添う子猫たちの顔が安心と信頼に満ちているように見えてしまいます。

The photos are the ones I took yesterday after the visit of his new family. Watching these I really felt this big black boy is the one that is adored by the kittens. 

他のオトナ猫の一部みたいに教育的指導（？）とかの名目でペシペシしたりしないし、気が向けば本気で遊んでくれるし、ということなのでしょうか？

そう言えばわが家でKY王子と言われているロイドに説教や文句をたれている姿も見たことが無かった！（うざいと思ったら近寄らないようにしていただけかもしれませんがw）

真っ黒だからわかりにくいけど、大きな目のハンサムな黒騎士は本日無事に巣立ちました。

このままわが家に居座り続けるのかと思っていましたが、縁とは不思議なもの。
元気で素敵な猫生を過ごしてね。

あいしてるよ、今までもこれからも。

He never slaps the kittens like some other ones.

Plays with them (when ever he is in the mood) a lot.

He ha big eyes which is not so easy to see because he is black.  Best to the Black Knight of ours! Your new chapter has just begun.

Mr. "O" found his forever home! / オーちゃんのお引越し

苦みばしった顔の一枚w

この子は、オリビアとデュークの息子の仮名オーちゃんです。

9/11に新しいご家族がお迎えに来てくださり、無事に巣立って行きました。

初めにお声がけいただいた時には黒い子とのご希望でしたが、やはり会って見なければわからないものですね。家族代表でいらして下さったお姉様のハートを見事に撃ち抜いたのはオーちゃんでした♪

メインクーンでは、基本の色はこのブラック(ブラウン)タビーと言われているのですが、最近は赤系とか青系が好きと言う方が増えているような気がしていました。今回は、オリビアの子供達4頭と、オクタビアの子達3頭のあわせて7頭のうち5頭がブラック。その中で縞模様がある子は逆に新鮮だったのかもしれません。

一番初めに巣立って行ったので、残念ながら写真は他の子達ほど多くはありません。みんなでお団子になって遊ぶこともまだ少なめだったから集合写真も少なくて...

それでもママの所に集合している姿や、奇跡のツーショット（動きが速すぎてブレブレの写真が多い頃）が手元にあります。

どれもついこないだの様な、もうかなり前の様な... 写真を撮っておいて良かったと思う瞬間を何度でも味あわせてくれます。

ママは小柄な方だけど、みんなパパのデュークに似たのか大きめの子達です。

巣立ちから早2ヶ月ちょっと。今やかなりカッコ良くなっているのでは無いかと思います。

Farewell Silas / サイラスの旅立ち

 

オリビアの黒い男の子のひとり、サイラス君と言う素敵な名前をつけてもらって、８月の終わりにわが家から巣立って行きました。

オリビアの子供達の中でも一番大きく、顔は子猫というより大人びていて。ソリッドは模様がない分余計にごっつく見える気がするのはわたしだけでしょうか？

One of Olivia's black solid boy has moved to his loving home on end of August. His official name is now Silas.

He was biggest of the litter and his face looked like an adult at his age. He was only about 4 months old at that time. Mya be it was because he had no tabby? To me, solid often looks more mature than it's own age. 

新しいお家が見つかるまでは、ショーが始まったら一緒に参加しようかなどと夢想していました。が、以前からメインクーンを迎えたいとおっしゃってくださっていたご家族から再度連絡があり、サイラスのご縁は強固なものとなりました。

スケジュール調整もとんとん拍子に進み、プロの写真撮影をする前にわが家を卒業して行きました。

Was thinking we can go to a show (if there is any) till he finds his own home. But we received a 2nd message 6 months later from a family whom were planing  to have a mainecoon.  Silas's fate was now fixed. All the schedule were fixed quickly and he left us without have a photo session with Tetsu and Hiroko. 

新しいお家に引っ越してからのサイラス氏。

このベッドはどうやら彼専用のようです♪

先住さんは猫さんではなくワンお姉様。おまけに年齢も10歳を超えているだけではなく、体も大きい。

わが家では腕白でならした黒い弾丸サイラス氏、少しはおとなしくなるのでしょうか？

Above photo is the one after Silas moved. Looks very comfortable and happy. Little Mr. Gentle Giant!

His roommate is not a cat but a dog. She is a big type and also more than 10 years old. So this bed must be his own. His dog sister is too big to fit into this cozy bed. 
Hope Silas to learn many things from her especially how to become a gentleman! LOL 

こちらは、ファミリーが後日送ってきてくださった写真。

やはり態度でかい… 体も大きくなった気がするけれど、それに比例して態度もでかいか？　

にしても、立派な耳、太い手足だ！とあらぬ方向に気が行くのは親バカのなせる技かもしれません。ワン姐さんに迷惑をかけていなければ良いのですが。

ワン姐さん、聞けば年齢を重ねて、ちょっとうるさいのは鬱陶しくなっているとのことだったので。

子猫パワー全開は嫌だろうな、などと思っておりました。

Love his big ears and big paws! Oh, please excuse me , this is just a nanny talking to myself. Hope him behaving himself... Heard that dog sister is doesn't like the little one's mess her around because of her age. It must be annoying for her id Silas hangs around.

で、この写真を見て呆れるやら、大笑いやら！

ワンコお姉さんにやりたい放題！なのか、はたまた、お姉さんの大きな愛情ゆえのことなのか？？？　サイラス氏は本当に幸せな子だと、意味なく深くうなずかされる一枚。

あるがままを受け入れてもらえることがどんなにか素晴らしいことかを、つくづく考えさせられました。わが家にいた時、こんなことをしてたかな？？？とか。大勢の中のひとりで、それなりにガマン（？）してたのか？？？

最高、最強のコンビにして最凶の弟分。

And next watching this photo, i couldn't stop laughing and was amazed by his attitude! 

Looks like he is doing what he wants! Many thanks to hiss dog sister. She is the real one who has a big heart! Silas is really a lucky guy! He is being accepted as for what he is!  Is it his talent?  What kind of charm does he has? Was he like this when he was with us? So many question marks rose at once in my head. 

Anyway, if both are not enduring,  it must be OK. 

Great and best couple maybe.

Available Kittens Black Solid and Black Classic / 新しいお家募集の子猫達 ＜ブラック系＞

５月にふたりの真っ黒いママから、合計７匹の子供達が誕生しました。

５月６日生まれのオリビアとデュークの男の子達（ブラック・ソリッド三頭とブラック・クラシックタビー)と５月23日生まれのオクタビアとザッカリーの息子達（ブラック・ソリッド二頭とブラック・クラシックタビー）。

In May 2 black solid girls delivered their babies.  

On May 6th Olivia delivered 4 babies of Duke’s black solids and one black classic. All are boys.

And Octavia and Zachary couple’s babies came out to this world on May 23rd. 2 black solids and one black classic.

これが、オリビアの息子達です。 

These are the Octavia babies.

黒い子達のうち二頭は新しいご家族が決まっています。

募集するのは、黒い子一頭と黒い（茶色）シマシマの男の子。

男の子なだけに、既にギャング集団とかしていますが、優しい子達でもあります。

ブラックの子達は、写真に収めてしまうと未だ区別がつきません... 今の所違いがはっきりわかるのは、やはりママだけなのだと思います。

It is so hard to say who is who by the photos. Looks like only their mom… 

黒い弾丸君のひとり。成長するに従って、アゴがガッツリしてきました。

成長すれば、かなりゴージャスな雰囲気の子達になると思います。

One of the solid bullet boy. Now his chin is becoming strong. All will be a gorgeous MC when they become adults.

三頭いるだけでも、もう十分に分身の術で目が回る毎日です。

Having 3 black solids, it is really difficult to say who is who by the photos. They are just like bullets running around.

このブラウンの子も新しいご家族の元に引っ越しました。

ブラッククラシック君、とても利発でやんちゃな子です。茶色いのに、夕暮れ以降は真っ黒に見えてしまう… 

男の子四頭、元気で順調に成長しています。

Tabby boy, very playful and smart guy.  Also shows strong interest in anything he sees.  

All the little ninja are enjoying everyday life and looks like only me being tired chasing them. Lol

そして、こちらがオクタビアの子達。オクタビアはオリビアの伯母にあたるためか、色のせいかみんな写真で見るとよく似ています。

オクタビアの子達は、ブラック二頭の新しいお家を募集します。

And these are the Octavia babies. As Octavia is an aunt to Olivia babies are quite a look like or May be it is because they are also solids.

For Octavia’s boys we are looking for 2 black solids boys forever home. She has also one beautiful black tabby boy but he unfortunately lost his one eye so he is staying us. 

2 black solid boys are also playful and happy guys.

おっとり、マッタリした感じの子です。今まはまだ目がキトンブルーなので、多少の区別がつきますが…

A farm and sweet character boy. Sill has kitten blue eyes and that helps us to know whom his mother is. Lol

こちらは、全員の中では一番慎重派のようで。周りの動きをしっかり確認してから行動するタイプのようです。ただし、ゴハンの時は例外のようです。

May be this boy is the very one who is a bit shy. He checks other’s move and stop to think a while and then take an action except the meal time.

そして、ブラッククラッシクの男の子。

この子は、わが家に残ります。

目に細菌が入ってしまい、右目の視力を失ってしまいました。後天性のハンデを持ってしまいましたが、性格の良さは💮級♪ 母親にとってもわれわれにとっても愛しい子です。

This is the boy that is staying with us. He was born very healthy too. Has very big beautiful eyes. But later his right got hurt and sadly lost his right eye’s sight. Very sorry for him and his mother for this result but that doesn’t stop his challenging spirit. And also doesn’t stop us loving him. Very lovely boy for his mother and us.

こんなにたくさんのソリッドの子達が生まれたのは初めて。

色は同じでも、それぞれ個性があります。顔の見分けはつきにくくとも、性格で違いを確認できるのが、今回の成長を見守る楽しみの一つです。

どうか、それぞれの子達に良いご縁がありますように。

This was the very first time for us to have so many solids at once ( and also the very first experience to have an one sight kitten…).

Solids are really like a carbon copies but each has their own character and that is one of the fun part to see.
