2018-2019 Regional Winners of Popokilani

2018-2019年は、わが家にとって新たな思い出の一年となりました。
華々しい活躍の年ではなかったかもしれませんが、わが家生まれの子達がそれぞれに活躍してくれました。

レイラとアルフレッドの娘ルーシー。
ショーでは最高50本までのファイナルの点が得点となるのですが、50本に到達する前にショーを引退し、今は母となっています。
大きな男の子達が参加する中、素晴らしい結果を手にすることができました。

レイラとオスカーの息子、ディヴィッド。
久しぶりに男の子をショーに参加させることができました。
ショーを引退したルーシーに代わって年度の後半からショーに参加。

さつまとアルフレッドの四頭の娘達のうち、Canon家に行ったアンジー。
キツン部門で、12位に入賞しました。
おめでとう！

そして、アンジー達の姉であるもいら嬢。
３回母となり、現役を引退して、ショーの世界に戻ってきてくれました。
アルター（去勢避妊）部門で、見事入賞。合わせて、SGCAのタイトルも取得しました！

2018−2019も、ショーに参加し、ジャッジの皆さま、ショー開催者の方々、そして会場で同じ時間を過ごした方達、また応援してくださった皆様方にお礼申し上げます。

TICA 2016-2017 Regional Award Party

2016- 2017年度のキャットショーは、なかなかに大変な年でした。
わが家から出陳していたのが女の子ばかりで、コンディションを見ながらのショー参加には胃が痛くなる思いでした。

2015年から2016年にかけて生まれた子のうち、女の子しか手元に残さなかったからですが、そのかわり友達のブリーダーさんの所に行った子や、外掛けで生まれた女の子が活躍してくれました。今までとは違った意味での思い出深い一年でした。

まずは、わが家および猫親戚関係でRWを受賞した子達の写真を紹介させていただきたいと思います。

2016-2017 was a really tough year for us.
We only showed girls and to keep their condition in the best mode was always a pain in the neck.

We only kept Rosemary from our litter and welcomed Maria, a grand daughter of Satsuma, form Cattery Canon.But on the other hand, Satsuam's handsome boy "Major Tom" who has moved to Cattery Hareruyah did very great at the shows.

こちら、2016年2月生まれで、子猫の時にキャッテリー・ハレルヤさんに行ったメージャー・トム君。
キツンとチャンピオンシップの両方RW入賞となりました。
おめでとうございます！　ショー会場で度々ご一緒させていただきましたが、文字通りのジェントル・ジャイアントに成長していました。

母は、TICA GRCさつま、父はTICA SGC ショーナン・キャッツ・ジェイコブ・オブ・ポポキラニ。

This is Popokilani Major Tom of Hareruyah. He became RW in both Kitten and Champion Class! Great achievement and congrats to him and his owner.
I often met him at the show hall and he is one of the real "Gentle Giant".
Very wild looking and so calm character. Yes he was a very nice show cat!

そしてこちらが、2015年生まれのぷりたすことローズマリー。気位の高い子ですが、ショーでの遠征にも気持ちよく付き合ってくれました。

母は、TICA ODジュディス、父はTICA IW SGC あかたすこと、アルバート。

This is Rosemary, born in 2015. A very high pride girl but was always showing her best at the show. Yes we went to many shows in Japan and I really thank her being so patient.

さて、今度はキツンクラスでのわが家の猫親戚の受賞者二匹です。

Following photos are the 2 RW Kittens that are related with us.

こちらは、上記メージャートム君の子猫の時の写真。たった四回のショーでRWに入賞したというツワモノ時代の写真です。

This is Major Tom in his kitten age. He became RW only by attending 4 shows!

で、こちらは美しいシルバー・トービーのキャッテリー山桜の姫ちゃん。

9匹兄弟姉妹の一匹として生まれました。

母はショーナンキャッツ・ルビースター・オブ・山桜、父がわが家のTICA RW QGCのハーブです。

And this is Yamazakura Hime, a beautiful Silver Classic Torbie girl. Yamazakura's very first show cat and won the RW Kitten Class Award! Congrats to the breeder, Mari!

そして、こちらが個別に獲得できるタイトルの最高位であるSGC（スープリーム・グランド・チャンピオン）を得た顔ぶれ。

これは、キャッテリー・カノンから来たまりあ。この子はさつまの孫娘にあたります。

まりあにも随分といろいろなショーに付き合ってもらいました。キツンとチャンピオンクラスの両方に参加した分疲れさせてしまって、申し訳ないというところが正直なところです…

まりあの母がTICA RW QGCポポキラニ・モイラ・オブ・カノン、父はTICA CH カノン・フシギ君。

This is Canon Maria of Popokilani. Maria is the grand daughter of Satsuma. We traveled a lot and she was always showing her funky personality. A very "always happy!" girl she was. We are looking forward for her to become a real Queen!

一年間の間、たくさんの仲間と参加した数々のショーの集大成を締めくくるパーティーに今年も参加することができました。(そして、たくさんのお祝いも頂戴しました）

各ショーの主催者・関係者、ジャッジの皆様、そして素晴らしいパーティーの開催に尽力されたリージョン・スタッフの皆様。
一年間、ありがとうございました。

Many thanks to our friends, competitors, Judges and the staff of each shows. 　We again had a wonderful year (even it was very tough! LOL).

Many thanks for the wonderful and fancy presents! We are not sure how long we can go on, but one thing that is sure is we'll do our best for our loving breed and TICA.

Again congratulations to all the winners and the cat fanciers for the 2016-2017!

TICA Regional Show!

10月1日と2日はTICA Regionalショーでした。

マリアのチャンピオンシップデビュー。
チャンピオンクラスにはMCの素敵な大きい男の子もいるし、満を持して出てくる女の子達もいます。
何らかのタイトルを無事に取れるか…

Oct. 1st and 2nd was the TICA Asia's Regional show.

This was our Maria's Championship debut show.
Big beautiful boys and girls are going to be her competitors. Just hope her to get some titles...

ご機嫌はいつも通りいいのですが、やっぱり予想通り勝てないw
これが、チャンピオンシップの難しさ。人間が焦ったりがっかりしていると猫にも伝わるので気持ちを切り換えなければいけないと思うショーでした。

She was a happy girl as usual but the show was very tough... LOL
This is the dynasty of the Championship! Well had to reset my mind and feeling in the show hall or Maria may catch my felling...

ベンチングで隣にいた、少佐ことメージャートム。
こちらは、キツンクラスの最後のショー。　キツンとは言え、大きさではすでにマリアよりもずっと重くなっています。

Next to us, Major Tom was attending his last Kitten Class rings. Now he is about 1.5 more heavy than Maria!

少佐は16リング中、14リングでファイナルに残り、無事キツンクラスを卒業しました！
正に、”赤い彗星”！4回のショー参加で40本のロゼッタをゲットしました！
キツンクラス卒業おめでとう！

He won 14 out of 16 rings and graduated Kitten Class with the great result! He attended 4 shows and won 40 finals.  Congrats Major Tom!

マリアの方は、ファイナルに一回入り無事にチャンピオンになることができました。
さて、この先どのタイトルまで挑戦するか…　無理はさせたくないけれど、マリアの実家にも頑張った報告はしたい…　
彼女の今後に関しては、本猫と相談のうえ進めて行こうかと。

Mari got one final and became TICA CH. How far should we let her attend the show... It is quite difficult for a MC girl to win a high title... Don't want to force her but also would like show our appreciation to the cattery where she came from...
Well it is time to ask Maria and decide how many more shows we would like to participate.  Show is always tough...

少しショーに飽きてきた感のあるマリア。
ママと同じTICA QGCのタイトルまで取れればいいのですが…

ちょっと先が長い気もします…


Looks like she is not so happy attending now days.
Wish her to have QGC as her mom does...

And we know it will take be a bit longer time than usual...


  

TICA 2015-2016 ASIA Regional Award Party

 

昨日東京の目黒雅叙園にて、TICAアジアリージョンのアワード・パーティーが開かれました。

今回はわが家のふたり、ジュリエットとジェイクのSGCのロゼッタを受け取るとの合わせて頑張ってくれたオーナーさんとショーでご一緒させていただいた皆様に会うために参加しました。

Yesterday I attended the TICA Asia Regional Award Party to receive Juliet and Jakes TICA SGC rosettes and to say greetings to all the people who shared good times during the 2015-2016 period. The SGC rosettes are to be given to only the attendants of the party as a souvenir.  

冒頭の挨拶は、大泉ディレクター。

今期でダイレクターを引退されるとのこと。
そういう意味でも参加したいと思う記念すべきパーティーでした。


わが家からの表彰猫は、Shonancatsジュリエットとジェイク。ふたりとも、われわれと一緒の時間を楽しんでくれたのでしょうか？
ジュリエットは引退して、今は新しいお家で自由に気ままに暮らしています。
ジェイクはパパになってくれています。

Party started with Ms. Motoko Oizumi, Director of TICA Asia Region's speech.
She is going to retire from the Director post at the end of this annual.

From our cattery, Juliet and Jake was awarded receiving the SGC title. Juliet retired and is now living he happy free life with his new family. Jake retired the show and now has his own offspring.

ジュリエットとジェイクの記念のロゼッタは紫が基調のもの。
素敵な記念になりました。

Rosette for SGC is purple based one. Large and very beautiful one! A very good to item to remember.


そして、わが家から巣立った子達が入賞！
オーナーさん達の愛情と日々の努力おかげです。

Following are the members whom were born at our cattery and moved to the new owners. Many thanks to the owners have loving them and showed them.

RW22ndベスト・キツン、タンホイザー君。

Kirdcoon家に行ったジュディスとあかたすの最後の子のひとり。

RW 22nd Best Kitten, Popokilani Tannhauser of Kirdcoon. He is now TICA TGC, son of TICA O.D. Popokilani Judith & IW SGC Popokilani Albert. Litter mate of our Rosemary and CFA GC Popokilani Indigo Blue of Cavalino.
Tannhauser is a very beautiful Brown Classic boy.
Congratulations and many thanks to Kirdcoon.

RW25thベスト・キツン、もいら嬢。
こちらは、さつまと大きいちゃん（アルフレッド）の娘。

And this is RW 25th Popokilani Moira of Canon. She is now TICA QGC. Daughter of TICA GRC Popokilani Satsuma and TICA CH Popokilani Alfred.
Moira's daughter Maria is now with us.
Congrats and thanks to Moira and Cattery Canon.

I would like to thank MC Garden too for raising Dreamer to a beautiful boy!
Dreamer belongs to a different Region. He became the 2nd Best Kitten in International Region.

Dreamer is also the sone of Satusma and Albert. Young brother of Moira.
