5年間のブランクを経て再びショーに参加したドン・ファン。
アルアタークラスでの参加となりました。
今回のクレドのショーは７リング＋コングレス（女子のみ）リングだったので、ドン自身は７つのリングに参加。
換毛期のため、胸回りのラフは短くなっていて、コート全体の分量が減っていました。
アルタークラスは毎回参加猫の数が少なく、今回はロングが6頭、ショートヘアが2頭の計8頭。
With 5 years blank, Onocoon Don Juan came back to join the Cat Show.
Transferring to Alter class he participated 7 rings.
This times C.A.T. Credo show, their were 7 rings and 1 Ladies Congress.
His coat was not so much furry for the seasons changing.
Most of the time, Alter Class has only few entries and for this time, there were only 6 long hairs and 2 short hairs.
土居ジャッジのリングにて、復帰後の第一回目の審査を受けるドン・ファン。
彼の体が大きい事をあらためて認識しました。
6歳2ヶ月、昔よりはコートの黒の部分が大分薄くなってしまったことで、年月の経過を感じます。
今回のショーには女子のみのコングレスがあったので、当初はわが家の女子の誰かと参加することを考えていたのですが、コンディションの関係でこの案は見送り。
前々から、時々候補にあがっていたドン・ファンの復帰話が現実となりました。
ショーに参加させるにあたって決めたことは、「ベストを頂かなかったら、もう今回で彼の参加はおしまい」。

Seeing from this pic, I recognized he is big enough as a MC.
6.2 years old, his black part has become lighter and shows that many years has passed and not young any more.
As this times show had ladies congress, we first were thinking to take one of the girls of ours.
But considering the condition, there was none.
Half a joke, we were talking about Don Juan's come back and this idea became true for this time.
With one condition: "This is the first and last for him, unless he receives the Best".
服部ジャッジのリングにて、ベストを頂きました。
ドン・ファンの今回の復帰は、実は震災のチャリティ—に何らかの形で参加したいという思いからでした。
実は、ドン・ファンは彼のブリーダーのオノクーンさんのところで若い頃QGCのタイトルまでは取得していました。
一歳の時にわが家にペットとして引っ越して来て、その時点でショーは引退しました。
ショーへの参加のお誘いも何度か頂いたのですが、その時はショーにはまったく興味がなかったのです。
ですから、ドン・ファンのタイトルもQGCのままでした。

The reason why we participated this time's show was we wanted to do join the charity for the Japan"s earthquake held in this March.
Don Juan already was titled as QGC when he was still at his breeder's cattery.
At a year old he moved to our place and retired the world of Cat Show.
We were asked to join the show few times but at that moment we had no interest.
So Don's title stayed the same.
屋和田ジャッジのスペシャリティのリングでもベストを頂きました。
クラークで屋和田ジャッジのリングに付いていたので、彼のリングでの立ち居振る舞いを見れたのは、このリングのみでした。
本当にうれしい瞬間でした。
タイトルを持っている猫がチャンピオン・クラスからアルターに転向する場合には二つの方法があるとのことです。
一つは、ノービス（ノンタイトル）から始めること。
そしてもう一つが、取得済みのタイトルを保持したままクラスを換えること。
これは、出陳者の方で決めて良いと言うことでした。
オノクーンさんとドン・ファンで獲得したタイトルはキャッテリーと猫自身の共同作業による大事な歴史。
それを、きれいに無くしてしまうことは考えられず、タイトルをQGCからQGCAに変更して参加しました。
「もし、もしも、ベストを頂けるようなことがあったら、今度はSGCAのタイトルを確定できるように次回のショーにも参加しよう」と。
しかし、もうすでに6歳を超えているのでそんなことはないだろうと。
He received LH Best as Judge Ms. Yawata's ring too.
As I was attending as a clerk at her ring, this was the very first time to see how he was doing.
And was a really joyful moment to see.
It is our understanding that when a title cat holder is to transfer to another class, one can bring it's title that he/her has or start from novice.
And is up to owners decision.
The tile of QGC that he has won by Onocoon and Don are there own history.
Precious memories should never wiped away, so we decided to start from QGCA.
"If, if he happens to receive the BEST, lets aim for SGCA".
But as a matter of fact he is already 6.2 years old, so may not happen, was what we were talking.
加藤ジャッジのリングでもベストを頂き、彼が次回のショーにも参加することが決定しました。
ドン・ファンが元気で暮らしている事、彼をご存知の方達に会えたら、そして恒例の山崎哲ご夫妻の写真撮影。
それから前述したように、TICAを通して震災後の復帰に少しでも役に立てたら。
そんな思いで参加して、うれしい結果となりました。
わたしの気持ちのどこかには、ドン・ファンのショーの歴史は“卒業したのではなく休止状態にある”という思いがずっとありました。
わが家で産まれた子達がショーに参加し、そして引退させることを決めた時には、各々の猫達から「もうこれ以上は無理だ、嫌だ」という明確なメッセージを受け取っていた気がします。
別に最高位のタイトルを獲得することだけがショーに参加する意義ではないのですが、これはもう自分の我欲の問題かも知れません・・・
ショーに後一回参加すれば、ドン・ファンのSGCAも確定します。
わが家の、そしてキャッテリーの基礎を作ってくれた猫であるドン・ファン。
引っ越して来てくれてから5年、病気もせず、他の猫達の面倒をいつも見てくれて本当にありがとう。
次回のショーで今度こそ本当に引退だから。
今度は君の出る全てのリングを見させてもらうからね。
And at Judge Ms. Kato's ring, he received Best again!
And at that moment his attending for the next show was decided.
Not only about charity issue, we also were thinking to show he is doing fine.
There are several people who knows his younger days.
Also to have photo session of Mr. and Ms. Yamazaki, and now it turned to a more delightful moment (for us only, maybe).

In my personal thoughts, I was feeling Don was not really retired.
I was feeling like, he just "stopped" the show, not really retired.
We have shown some of our cats born in our cattery.
And I feel I have received certain message from them saying " No more shows! Did enough!".
Receiving some kind of messages made the decision of retirement.
But I feel like I have received non from him.
Of course to receive the "Top Title" is not the only the reason to attend the show and thinking of that may be I am already fallen to the dark side...
With next times show, Don may become SGCA.
Even having no offspring of his own, he is the very foundation cat of our cattery.
Really thank him being healthy since he moved to our place.
You are really something and you are the "BOSS"!
